Greetings Tom D,
As you know, I kept my ear to the airwaves continuously back then, so I was pleasantly surprised to hear the Balloon Farm and Crabby Appleton tunes. I guess I didn't hear everything, but it seems that you sure did! Thanks for the "CKLW" promo. I am certain you know how that brings back the memories for me. My favorites were "Mississippi Queen" (of course) and "JTTCOTM". Thanks for another fine blast from the past.

Be seeing you.

Big D! I knew you'd appreciate the CKLW flashback. Hearing that station ID lead into "Ramblin' Gamblin' Man" (in glorious mono) really hits the spot! I'm glad you found a couple surprises in the mix among the old favorites.

Tom, I didn't think we'd be hearing from you anymore, so it's a great surprise to have you back. Great show, thanks. Great series of shows, actually, and thanks for all of them. Here's a challenge: How about a prog special? Is that even possible from your era of expertise?

Anony,

Thanks for coming back to check in on Sonic Daydream. I realize that my podcasts have become highly sporadic these last couple of years, but until you see me post a notice that says "CLOSED FOREVER," you can bet I'll resurface again at some point with something to share.

I may devote an episode entirely to Prog Rock at some point, but first I'm hoping to kick off a new series---one that might actually feature some prog-ish artists occasionally.

Thanks for your comments, and thanks for listening!
